"Went in at 10:30 for treatment on my dog kush, the vet, by far was the best we have ever been to. So kind, asking if we had a budget we could do stuff for, and treated my dog like family and treated us the same. I couldn’t ask for a better vet. "Being new to the area and the state I needed to find a really good Vet for my aging diabetic dog. I had 1 recommendation for this office so I took it with good faith. Not a good experience. While the front desk personnel are very, very nice and personable, my experience with a Vet was not good at all. They are run like a business and care about $$$. Their "wellness program" which I highly do not recommend if your pet is aging or has medical conditions, was hardly worth it for me (although they all put high emphasis on joining this-ask a lot of questions- animal medical is as costly now as human medical without insurance). I lost complete confidence in the Vet and messaged my concerns. I stopped receiving any communications even though I contacted the doctor, the office and finally a supervisor. No one told me she had gone on vacation. ....until a week later, by the "supervisor" only after I was instructed to contact her when I emailed office. I was informed by this "supervisor" they will charge me back hundreds of dollars for leaving the program even though I paid 2 months of monthly fee plus out of pocket for tests, foods and additional medications. She said, bottom line, "it's a binding contract". So either I take my dog back to people I have no trust in or pay the price. There was no other conversation. While that lack of conversation was happening, my dog's ketone rose, his cough worsened and I had to find a better Vet service, which I am so relieved to say I did. Post update, the response is contrived and untrustworthy. Had they cared about my dog they would have responded the first time, not simply because they got a bad review. Clearly, they are "reaching out" so their legal team can hold me to a "binding contract" the phrase that absolutely turned my stomach."
