So now I am trying to find a place to fix his mushroom cut that we paid for. I will never set foot in this establishment again. Don't waste your time or money go to the other Wake Forest location, and you will thank me later."
"Absolute trash service. We had an appointment for 12:15pm but didn't get the hair cut until 1:00pm. The wait time kept increasing as we sat there and watched people who walked in without an online appointment go before us. They should really prioritize those who book an appointment online. If you want to get hair cuts here make sure to have 2 hours ready to spare."
"Extremely satisfied with the service here and other locations. Never had concerns about what I would receive when there. Key to all of this has always been having Jackie there. I am glad for her in her new experience ahead but will sorely miss her. It now leaves me searching for another stylist. I have waited til I need one soon and I’m not sure where to turn."
