"They live up to their mission treating you like family. Matt Robinson is wonderful pharmacist, friendly knowledgeable very helpful and caring. The store has a large selection of wellness products, as well as OTC medications. Lots of greeting cards for all occasions, drinks and other necessities. Highly recommend!"
"Always have all 9 prescriptions in stock. Knowledgeable, friendly pharmacists and staff. Prepackage prescriptions in weekly packages that has each day's pills packaged in different slots as you need them at different times of each day and these packages are easy to open."
"As a former employee I enjoyed working with most of my co-workers. The customer service is outstanding for the most part, but the behind the scene issues is what makes you dislike working here. Realo is a family oriented company but management treats you and your family horrible. No matter if your kids are sick or hurting you always get asked "Are you still coming in to work?" I was still a customer at this location after leaving in January until recently I had a prescription dropped off and some not pleasant remarks were made. Customer service and speedy prescription filling I will always recommend Realo but for as employment I wouldn't recommend this location to any single parent unless there are some changes in management."
"Most of the staff is awesome. My only complaint is the store manager Matthew can have a bit of an attitude and doesn't have the friendly family oriented customer service that realo is known to have. The other pharmacist Jennifer and Jim are truly awesome. The techs are fast and courteous. The front counter is always nice and willing to help out as soon as you walk in the door. As I stated before Matthew is the only one that makes the family members of the workers feel uncomfortable about coming in the store to talk and drop things off to loved ones. He needs to work on his customer service and his attitude."
