"I came to get my nails done one time several years ago and been stuck here ever since. Contrary to popular belief, going to get your nails done is not always relaxing. It eats up your time and sometimes I wish I could just drop my hands off and come back to pick them up. HOWEVER, The Haven Beauty makes your appointment enjoyable/something to look forward to. I’m always ready for my next appointment lol. All the ladies are very personable, friendly and talented. The owner plays movies and music and offers snacks and drinks as well. The environment is A1. I get so many compliments on my nails when I’m out and about. They last me 4-5 weeks and in all the years I’ve been a client, I’ve only broken a nail on maybe 3 occasions. As a nanny and balloon artist, that’s a big deal. Run, don’t walk. And book your appointment. You’re welcome in advance."

I tried to switch to a basic service but couldn't due to pricing issues. Although I appreciate the effort with the sugar scrub, I won't be returning." Update: I am beyond frustrated with the abysmal service I received during my recent visit for a pedicure. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. First and foremost, the customer service from the staff was appalling. The young lady attending to me seemed utterly clueless when handling the tools and equipment. It was clear she lacked the necessary training and expertise. To make matters worse, I had to remind her about the extras that were supposed to be included in the spa pedicure, such as the warm neck pillow. It's their responsibility to provide these amenities without prompting. But the absolute low point was when I requested to change to a basic service, which should have been a simple adjustment. Shockingly, I was told it couldn't be done because I had already used the spa sugar scrub. This is a ludicrous policy that penalizes customers for their service inadequacies. To add insult to injury, the quality of the toenail painting was horrendous. It looked like the work of a two-year-old, with lotion left between my toes. When I left, my feet were still ashy, which is unacceptable for a spa pedicure. I am deeply frustrated and upset with the overall experience, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Such a lack of professionalism and competence is inexcusable."
