"My adult daughter and I used Dr. Merrell when her practice was in in Hendersonville. Normally, if a doctor moves out of town I look for a new one, but my daughter and I knew she is worth the drive! I've also seen her PA in a Wellness Check and I like her, too. PS: Her staff in Arden are very nice."

"Betsy is probably one of the most genuine and caring doctors I have ever had. She doesn't treat you like a paycheck. She really wants to find out what is going on to help you feel better. I was reading some of the other reviews about how horrid her staff is. I will say, a few years ago, she had a 'less than friendly' PA that shared an office with her, but she is long gone. Everyone else has been extremely pleasant in my experiences. My wife and I both go to her."
"If I had written this review after my first visit it would be one star. The office was not run smoothly. A lot of confusion. BUT I have just had a check up recently and the change is outstanding. Very efficient and well run. I would not hesitate to recommend."
"This is the WORST office staff I have ever had to deal with. Consistently HORRID!! If you have the option of ANY other office don't subject yourselves to this awful service. I will be finding my daughter another Dr asap."
