"It was my wife's 42nd Birthday and we reserved an 8 top and was charged 219.00. We were also charged for tickets and all of our guests were charged the ticket price. I spoke to the manager upon arrival to see what was included with our reservation. Entrance fees for guests, server for our party, a complimentary bottle of wine anything would be nice. Heck after all the no's I asked "What about a complimentary birthday shot for my wife." Manager said nope. Nothing was offered and nothing was provided. The reservation table and chairs were not put together, and no one cared. Very unpleasant experience. The place was not packed, reservation was not needed and we got ripped off for what we paid. The reason I reviewed as a 2 and not a 1 is because we enjoyed the band and the venue. But Customer Service needs work."

"Food was cold and bland in the past. Last visit they closed the kitchen a hour early without notice. Stools you have to sit on are very uncomfortable and are unable to have legs under table without hitting table supports. Acoustic are horrible in the poorly built building/lean-to. Stall are very unhelpful and seen to not care, just want the High Price entry fee..... Only went to see a very good band, will not return to this venue. Would rather travel a couple hours then be frustrated in a uncomfortable venue !"
