"Extremely disappointed. Brought an expensive dress that I had worn only once and looked like new except for a small stain at the hem. Dress returned to me ruined with pulls all over (see photos). I brought it back to ask for a refund given all the damages and was told that dry cleaning didn’t cause the damage, despite that I have before and after photos, and the dry cleaners item label was still stapled to the dress tag. Do not bring nice clothing here."
"I stopped going to this location for a while because during a visit I was felt to be an afterthought and nonexistent during a visit. I've since accepted that the lady was having a bad day. Lord knows I'm not pleasant to be around when I'm having a bad day. So I resumed going several months ago. The same woman I fell out with has been nothing but customer friendly. I'm glad I've retuned and have no comlaints. Plus, the prices are excellent and they do great work."
"I brought in a jacket for dry cleaing. First, it took 1 week. Second, when I got it back the zipper was broken. I took it back and they said they don't do repairs and they would not take responsibility. They said the problem was mine. I would NEVER take any garment to this place again!"
"First, this is not a place you bring your finest garb to clean. It is a discount cleaner that does a good job cleaning clothes for a nominal cost. There are better cleaners around but they are 2-3 times as costly. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and had a problem with one shirt on one occasion. I average 6-10 items a week. This is a great place to bring run of the mill shirts, pants, jackets, blouses, sweaters and comforters, etc and get them cleaned and pressed for a few bucks. This isn’t a hand press Chinese laundry that charges $6-8 each to press shirts perfectly. Don’t bring your exotics and leathers or anything that takes a lot of attention or detail. It probably cost you a lot so expect to pay a lot to clean it. But if you’re looking for a place to clean what most people wear for work or play, it’s a great value."
"I've never had a problem with any items I've brought in for dry-cleaning or laundering. Clothes always come back perfect. I've even taken in suits, jackets and a quilt one time (that was $6 to clean). They're friendly and get the job done for far less than any other cleaner in the area. I wouldn't consider any other place at this point."
