"I've lived at Camden Pointe Apartments for a number of years.Our new manager, Sierra is wonderful and our maintenance man is a God send!! He is always so helpful. I'm very particular about whom I allow into my place and I trust this maintenance associate 100%. My neighbors are respectful and kind.The apartment we rent truly is a haven. The picturesque view from our apartment is sensational to say the least. In short, we are overjoyed with this peaceful and pleasant location."
"2 years ago I was looking for a place for my son and I I got the paperwork done and was told that the state would not help me because I wasn't homeless enough. When I made the choice to move down south I thought I would be happier but the only way you get help anywhere is if you claim that your crazy. I had no home no place to go and it came to the point that I had to leave my oldest son with his grand parents in New Jersey. Still to this day I'm still homeless. And with out help I can barely walk and my health is not any good. I loved the apartment they showed me, but no luck."
"Would be nice if not for some issues. Dogs peeing down onto our balcony, people not using the pet poo stations, some of the kids are bullies and not supervised. Could be nice because the actual units are nice but rent is too high for the local market. These are NOT income based, they are income restricted."
"Mold on the stairs, unruly children, and cheap floors that pop out easily, not to mention the abysmal service. The manager has a poor attitude, and the maintenance workers are lazy. We reported several issues months ago, and they still have yet to do anything about them. We are moving out ASAP. This place is in dire need of new management."
"Our family loves their new apartment and we love visiting them. They were developed pretty quick with a few unsatisfying details, still nice, construction workers just need to take more time and management needs to thoroughly review apartments before opening to any available tenants."
