If you care anything about your dog’s wellbeing please utilize a more professional groomer who’s willing to take ownership when they make a mistake. The behavior of the staff is questionable and the quality of service is poor."

"If you care about your pet DO NOT go here. The groomer looks straight out of the meth clinic, my dog was there 4 hours, they call me to come get her & she still wasn't done. Had to wait 30 mins, and she looked BEYOND JACKED UP. They have not been trimming her nails, so much so, one dew claw has become ingrown (petsmart found this) and now I have to go to the vet. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I am BEYOND LIVID"
