And I think he doesn’t know how to separate personal from business because he didn’t follow exact instructions due to his emotional distraction. Just cut the hair and don’t be a downer otherwise stay away from touching a persons head with sad energy."

"Each of the Barbers were welcoming and professional, as the shop was comfortable looking and clean. I had a small afro about 4" on top and 2-3" around the sides and back. The issue is, I provided a picture of the style cut I wanted to Travis who mentioned he had "26 years" of experience, He said " I got you". I don't have the appropriate words to express the botched up cut, I literally have scalped patches throughout my head and one side is cut so close, it looks as though he used the wrong clipper guard, then covered it up with some kind of black spray. When I arrived home and really took a closed look in the mirror I was HORRIFIED. I AM SO UNHAPPY and DISAPPOINTED."
