"You guys!! My girlfriend and I just had the BEST experience at this location! Jessica and Ashley were so amazing. We showed up 20 minutes before they closed just to quick shop for our upcoming trip! They were so professional and welcoming, let us shop, measured us and even allowed us to try on items. I even applied for a store credit card and that is something I NEVER do! "Love this store. The staff is pretty great and so helpful. They are always pleasant. On this trip, the A/C was out, and it was getting pretty close to 80 degrees in the store, and they were still very awesome despite the miserable temperature inside. You can never go wrong with a lane bryant store. Always going to find great employees."
"I have been purchasing these bras for years- I guess just like every other complaint/excuse and product-COVID hit again. These EXPENSIVE bras DO NOT hold up. They may feel great for a while- but the break. I have addressed this with staff who has never heard of this, and told me to call CS who wasted my time and will not do anything- bc I did not keep my receipt. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and product quality for $$$ bras"
