"The store allows dogs. I’ve even seen dogs in the shopping carts where you put food. I mentioned it to the manager that this was happening and all they could say is they can’t say anything. These aren’t service dogs. They don’t even have a vest or licenses. I have a dog but it doesn’t belong in a grocery store. I’ll shop Publix. It’s way cleaner . They have rules on dogs and they aren’t aloud unless they’re a licensed service dog. Not an emotional stress dog."

"Every time we buy meat,poultry in the meat department with good expiration dates they must change dates on expired any of their meats especially poultry I bought supposedly fresh no bone,skinless chicken Breast with a good expiration dates when I opened the chicken breast to wash it before using as soon as I opened it the smell made me nauseated! It was definitely ruined/ spoiled , I immediately put it in a large zip lock bag along with wrap it came in with the expiration date , and double bagged it in foodlion bags and returned it to the store customer service, told the young boy why I was returning it and I asked him to smell it but he refused to smell it lol ! but took it to put in dumpster !& gave me a refund! And apologize to me !! Don't buy your meat as they say are fresh Meats they change the date's on expired meats and put another sticker with a good date on spoiled meat !!"

"I order a 1/2 sheet cake on Wednesday and was going to pick it up Saturday morning. I told the little girl I could pick it up whenever between 10-12 on Saturday and she assured me it would be ready by 10am. I went to pick up my cake at 10am and the deli person (I think she was the deli manager) handed me the cake and the icing was cracking. A big crack right in the middle of the words. I showed it to her and she was surprised and she went to go get the cake decorator from the back of the store. She said “she just decorated this morning.” I have been a cake decorator for Food Lion before and I know exactly what happened the cake decorator decorated my cake while it was frozen and like anything once heat is applied it expands and causes the icing to crack. The cake decorator tries to smooth the icing with a little spatula. However, the icing has settled at this point and you can definitely tell it’s a patch job. Because of this cake decorator’s incompetence I was caught between a rock and a hard place. This cake was for a bridal shower for 30-40 people. The cake decorator had the nerve to say that the reason why the cake was cracking was because of the way the box was held, because when it was handed to me, the previous associate held it by the sides instead of supporting the middle, however, if that was the case, the cake would concave and it wouldn’t crack like that. Between the deli manager and the cake decorator, they seriously need to brush up on their training because rule number one is you cannot icing a frozen cake because of the cracks and it makes you have to let it thaw, and these people should have called me and asked if I could’ve picked it up later, they should have decorated it either on Thursday or Friday and not waited until the first thing in the morning on Saturday. I was very upset because these people chose to take a short cut or they procrastinated my order and sold me a subpar cake. They did give me a 40% discount off the cake but that’s not the principal the principal is this was a cake. It was a gift for an event that I was hosting. I called and placed the order with plenty of time for them to decorate it correctly, and they chose not to. The picture below is of the cake and what it looked like at 2 for the bridal shower is was an embarrassment on the table and was very upsetting to me."

"So these coupons are pretty insulting. I understand it's a sale tactic, but very,very basic math makes it clear that there is no deal to be had, quite the opposite in fact. I mean insulting because it's insulting that someone in their organization seems to think an average person can't seem to do basic math. Upate: I guess all their butchers have quit, or the can't find any beef cows cause their meat selection is terrible."
