"So this place apparently was tapped out when my party of 4 arrived at 7:50pm and they close at 10pm. The place was empty I mean empty and it took a server over 25 mins to come to our table, again the place was empty just employees sitting around. I truly felt like our orders was simple and no one else was around we would have got our food out sooner but that took over 35 mins and while we was waiting we got no refills on our fountain drinks at all. Waitress saw our drinks and said nothing I was even tempted to walk out but my party insist we stay since we put in our orders. Finally the food came, I had the Nashville hot chicken melt took 3 small bites and didn’t like it. My party wasn’t satisfied either. Overall will not return to this location."
"My wife got the Philly state and it was tough and dry. I got two by two by two with bacon and the toast was more like crackers it was hardly and dry and the bill was like $32 and I expect a lot more. We've been a long time customers for years and because of covid we quit going and this was our first time in years that we've been and it was very disappointing. I hope you're able to make the necessary changes to improve quality of food and service. Thank you for your time Philip McConnell the email address is not valid you have this address so USE IT"

"The food was expected- great and delicious. However, the staff left a little to be desired. I placed a to go order and waited to be greeted while the staff member prepared condiments for an order that wasn’t even ready. The wait time was extremely long considering breakfast items were ordered (pancakes and eggs)."
"This place is okay, I’m not sure how to feel about it. The waitress was not the best, but she wasn’t the worst either. I felt slightly rushed. She never checked in to see how we were doing, only to bring us the check and pick up empty plates. The place itself was dirtier than normal; the floors were sticky and the bathroom was disgusting. It could definitely use a good cleaning. The food itself was fine, the waffles were good, the eggs and hashbrowns were okay. IHOP isn’t nothing to go crazy about, but you can get some good food there. Whether it’s worth the price or not is up for debate."
