"I was very disappointed. We ordered 4 Zack Snax meals, which has 3 chicken strip's. 2 of the meals, 1 chicken strip was only 2" long. Now, not being petty, but, at least give a full chicken strip!"

"Ordered a very large meal, enough to feed 22 ppl. Placed the order, and food was prepared and handed to us in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely love their garlic texas toast. The salad was fresh and delicious. As you all know, I am not a huge fan of chicken. The chicken "finger" was cooked properly and delicious. This was only my second visit to Zaxby's in the past two decades. But after this meal, I might have to visit more often."
"My tenders were over cooked and my toast was not warm. If you have time to lean you definitely should have time to clean instead of holding down the counter. The dining room was a mess."
