Since 2007, we have been providing Martial Arts instruction in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, and Morrisville. Our Chief Instructor/Owner, Sam Carlson, is a 6th degree Black Belt with over 30 years of experience in GoJu-Ryu Karate. With a background in the United States Army, Sam has operated schools in various locations and has produced numerous AAU National champions.
