"I chose Griswold to care for my father based on the good reviews. Based on our experience I can not recommend them. We used them for only 6 days because the care was so inconsistent. Only 2 of the 6 days went according to plan with the scheduled caregiver showing up for the agreed to hours. It is very stressful starting each day worrying if or when help will show up. Additionally I was overcharged 6 hours for those 6 days via bank draft."
