"Everything was fabulous. You guys came and picked up our car ON TIME, the young lady was dressed nicely and she was very polite. She left a loaner car for me with the key. She called me and returned the car once the service was finished, and parked the car where she found it, leaving the paperwork and keys where I could easily retrieve them. The next day, your service department called me having found a recall notice on this vehicle we had not been aware of. (We just bought this car) You set up service to be done AT OUR HOME within just a few days!! The day of this second service, the gentleman called me as he headed to our home so he did not startle or scare me appearing in our yard. As a woman, I appreciated this tremendously. He was very polite and completed the recall service in our driveway, left the key in the car and honked the horn when he finished up to leave, as he told me he would do. After having less than stellar service for a many years at your competitor here locally, I am more than impressed.
