"Only 1 star because I couldn't post zero stars. Sent my daughter to have a basic oil change. She was told she had to put synthetic oil in her car. She also wanted her wiper fluid filled. They said they did and they didn't, which this is free of charge, but when I mentioned it, Marquise, the manager said they may not have filled it up all the way but they did put fluid in it. Well there isn't any coming out when she pulls the fluid lever to clean her windshield. Her car recommends synthetic but is not required. Charged her $27 for an air filter which is ridiculous. Her total was $99. I will not be going back. Marquise told me my daughter agreed to the synthetic blend so there was nothing he could do. She had no choice. I feel like she was taken advantage of being a girl and just learning about her car. And I was told if synthetic oil wasn't used, her engine could blow up and not be covered under warranty. That is none of his business. And arguing with me over the fluid was rude. No credits were offered. We will go back where we were going. It's not as convenient but worth the price ($35-$40) and trust."

"I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Consistently good service. Several comments regarding the age of the employees? Yes, “the crew” is usually made up of young gentlemen who have all been nothing but professional and helpful. I would like to mention Marquise specifically. He does a great job of keeping things moving and he is always professional and kind. Keep up the good work!"

"Been going here for 20 years this was the last straw. Service used to be great quick and professional. The last few years it's been going downhill, now a bunch of kids that need to go back to shop class run the place. I've had leaks after oil changes, I had to put my own air filter back on because they were about to break it. They say parts are bad when I had replaced them myself. Save the headache and go to a real shop."

"I had my oil changed here several weeks ago. Started noticing my oil was leaking. Stopped in today and Joe took care of everything...new gasket and filled up my oil that had leaked out! And they didn't charge me anything! Have been here a couple times before also. Always great service! Thanks Joe for such good customer today!"
