"This DSW is much better than the one at Crossroads but is much further from my house in Cary but probably worth the drive. I will update this review if I buy shoes from this DSW. I only gave 3 stars since I had a bad experience with the DSW at Crossroads where I was a loyal customer for more than 10 years. Hopefully this DSW won't disappoint as the one I shopped at."

"The DSW in Holly Springs has the best employees and their customer service is second to none. Madison was working today when I went in to ask if a purse I recently purchased could be exchanged for one just like it. I showed her where the strap broke spontaneously and also told her I would respect her answer if it could be returned or not. I didn't have the receipt. With no hesitation she said "yes " and promptly looked into the system to see if it was still available . Lucky for me,it was! I left with a new purse feeling grateful I bought the first one there."

"This store has a great selection, but what keeps me coming back is the customer service and the manager Nick! I needed shoes for work and I had a few questions about different brands of shoes and Nick was more than happy to answer my questions. He really knows his products, he did not push anything on me but instead I could tell that my needs as a customer was his primary concern and I absolutely love that. I also didn't feel like I was "bothering him" at all, where I can feel that way sometimes at stores when needing assistance. The staff were kind and helpful as well and seemed to enjoy working their, which is a reflection of a well oiled machine. Even though this store is a bit out of my way I will continue to shop at this location for sure!!!"
