"Nightmare experience. I've absolutely no earthly idea why they let me sign up when my car was registered in another state. While I should have known better; I did SPECIFICALLY ASK THEM if switching my policy to them would cause any issues. I should have pressed when they ignored the question. Also, they often misunderstood the simplest of questions. I will say, the response time was actually pretty quick. That was the only positive. Not to mention the complete lack of accountability or owning up to outrageous mistakes."
"We had a terrible experience with this agency. Upon cancelation, my wife wrote a negative review that they had taken down claiming she never had a policy, even though it was jointly owned. Here is her post: Never returns calls. This agency has caused us so much stress in the 5 years we've been policy holders with them. The office will not answer questions. After damage to our house they would not provide any guidance and told us to call the 1-800 number and open a claim which resulted in a non renewal of our home policy. They then messed up our policy term dates and were inaccessible when we attempted to contact them to correct during normal business hours."
