"I've had 3 crowns done at this dental clinic and 2 have fallen out causing me to have extractions and one needs replacing due to improperly covering tooth with gold which supposedly is the best crown material. The 2 that came out another dentist told me they were bad but Dr. Cowherd assured me they were good and his expertise and credibility is highly flawed! This has cause me anguish being I dislike going to the dentist but getting extractions aren't fun when it was preventable. I see all these 5 star ratings, if you're getting expensive dentistry done you better get a second opinion because I'm out of money and still dealing with his negligence."

"I moved to Fayetteville about 3 yr & I started going to this dentist because a guy from work told me about them & every time I went up until yesterday (7/10/23) I had nothing but good things to say. So yesterday I got a tooth pulled once wasn’t my first one pulled by them, but I had someone totally different a female never seen her before but she took my tooth out that had been bothering me about two weeks & after getting it pulled she didn’t give me any pain meds & about 2 hours later that same tooth pain came back feels like so I called them & asked what should I do. They really told me to put an ice pack on my face like wow an ice pack like I didn’t just have surgery in my mouth so it’s the next day & I’m so much pain ! So after this experience I will not be going back & I will be finding a new Denist!!!"

The staff all pitched in extra effort to make everything efficient, safe, and comfortable. I just left today with some fillings done for the first time, and was nervous but everything went well.
