"Leigh represented me in 2013. At the time she was solid and help me tremendously. I've even suggested her to family members and she has personally represented a family member after I referred her. Fast-forward 2021 a situation came up. I again returned to Leigh because she handled my initial case. Leigh passed me off to Mary. It took 18 months to get a court date. It wasn't because court was backed up. Mary dragged her feet. She would go 2-3 months before returning my call or emails. Another 2-3 months before she would suddenly realize she needed me to sign this or that. The judge awarded me a financial judgment. It wasn't paid fully, and the defendant continuing to neglect the existing court order.Sent email to Leigh in October and called office to discuss next step especially since a judge ordered the other party to pay me and they haven't fully done so within the time frame the judge ordered. All while continuing to disregard the existing court order.This was in October , it is now December and still no return call or emails from Leigh or her office. I have asked when I call the office if I should just seek other representation. Leigh is in court or she's busy. I always tell them at the office when I would call that I know they may have other clients and I understand but I am a paying client also. To continue to not get a response and told the lawyer is busy with other clients. All this after you know they drug their feet on my case. 18 months to get a hearing and now I can't get a response/reply/call back . About the same case and n This is frustrating on so many levels. As a human but even more so as a man that's fighting to get equal at least far outcome. I mean clearly disregard for a court order that I fought hard to get yet the lawyer that help you and knows all to well what has taken place. But no longer willing to help."

"If you like wasting money, and being ignored, this is the law firm for you. Leigh Sellers in particular is harder to get on the telephone than the President. Her responses to emails are even worse. They will make you feel all warm and fuzzy during the initial consultation, however afterwards, the client becomes an afterthought. They only time the focus returns to the client is when it is time to replenish the Trust account and pay the fee. Attorney Sellers courtroom skills are average at best. If she focused on her courtroom skills half as much as she did on her appearance, she would be a much better lawyer. This firm will nickel and dime you to death without ever resolving your issue or answering basic questions. Touchstone is not worth the exorbitant fee they are going to charge you. You can get way more bang for your buck somewhere else."
