Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh Capital Blvd./I-540

"I was a little apprehensive about staying when I didn’t have the opportunity to get a first floor room. I have some physical restrictions and I like to be on the ground floor. “Ms. T” 7-3 staff worked with me and assured me I would be fine. The elevator was close to the entrance and my room was on the 2nd floor right adjacent to the elevator. She did all she could to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable with staying on the property. “Ms Laysha” check me in, helped me with my pet accommodation and was even able to get my brother a room that evening after I told him how nice the property was. My room was perfect for my family. We had fun just by being in such a nice room all of us together and accommodating features for us all. The breakfast/coffee was rather nice as well. I am anticipating coming back real soon and hopefully “Ms. Laysha” (3-11p) will be able to help me book the meeting room for a ministry event that I would like to host in Raleigh. Thank you Fairfield Inn!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms and love and eating areas were all kept very clean, which I highly appreciate. The bathroom extras were nice touches, making me feel welcomed and special. I've never seen a flower in toilet paper and the washcloths folded neatly into the hand towel was neat! The lobby and breakfast attendants were always hospitable and helpful. There is one star lacking because while I appreciate hot breakfasts, they were not a great as I remember having at other Fairfield Inn and Suites. I can probably safely assume this has to do with budget cuts versus the cooks. The last day with scrambled eggs, the eggs were better than the folded over eggs, but I don't eat biscuits and gravy, so I didn't eat as much as the days before with bacon, sausage. The pre-made waffles are entirely too sweet. I would appreciate the option to make my own. There also weren't additional fruit options besides red delicious apples. All in all I would go back, especially because of the cleanliness, however if there's another hotel option for a similar price and cleanliness, I'd try it, just to see if the breakfast tastes a little better."

"The staff t this hotel were amazing and very accommodating. From the assistant manager JR to Ava and Ternerian, they helped out and were very kind. From little things like bandages for my son’s leg, to getting me some detergent even when they sold out, to trying to help reschedule my booking, they were amazing to work with. And the rooms were amazing and very clean and up to date. Would definitely stay here next time I come to Raleigh"
