Motel 6 Raleigh, NC - Cary

"The staff is friendly and helpful. They have been extremely accommodating and welcoming and I appreciate that so much. My room was clean, there's a laundry room on site so I don't have to go anywhere to do laundry and I appreciate the close proximity to many retail stores and restaurants especially not having a vehicle."

"For the 2nd time the toilet wasn't cleaned. 2nd room of the night wasn't flooded with roaches like room 230, but they were still everywhere. 218 roaches were just a lil more respectful. Service is RUDE. A loyal customer means nothing to them. If ur homeless, looking for a quick spot, or even just to wash ur hair ... DONT COME HERE. Out in the wood, during winter may just be better. Mind u, police everywhere watching the hotel. Does not make u feel safe at all."

"We had a nice start at the Motel 6. A family owns and operates it. They were very kind and friendly. It's close to everything in Cary. It was miles better than the Red Roof Inn in Cary. We will definitely stay there again. Rooms were big and comfy. No frills but great price."

"I booked 3 nights here, each day, I had to go to the office because my key card did not work when trying to enter my room. When I entered my room, it did not look like the online pictures of the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are so flat, they are hardly functional. I had a difficult time trying to get the TV to work because there was basically no cable. The toilet worked, but it flushed very slowly; took 2 minutes to flush. The bathtub leaked when you used it and the AC/heating unit also leaked on the first night. The microwave plate in the room had stains and there was mold in the room, near the door and under the bathroom light. The place looked very ghetto and it took a minute to find the office for check in. The staff was ehh, not rude but not friendy. I never talked to the staff or ask for anything mainly because I felt they would not answer and other reviews about here confirm that. When I was checking in, I stood in the office waiting for someone and I kept ringing the bell. After nearly 3 minutes, the staff finally came and checked me in, at that time, a child came out from the back and I assumed it was theirs: this was unprofessional to me. Thank the lord I did not have to or planned to used the laundromat because the dryer had no heat. There also was two soda machines in the laundromat and one of them did not work and the soda was not really cold. I would not recommend this place and I won't be coming back here."
