"Horrible place brought my two daughters here running fevers close to 104. After we were checked in we were never seen never taken to triage to be checked nothing. After some one else begging reception for help with their baby that was running a fever they said the my only had two people on the back and that is what was taking so long. I left and took my kids to wake med where they were seen and treated immediately. Do not go to this hospital if you can help it. They would let someone die."
"I was having a mental health crisis and went to Moses conne in Greensboro. I was transferred to the behavioral health unit at MP Franklin. The staff was awesome, the food was better than expected. The only negative thing I can say really isn't any fault of the staff but the behavioral health unit needs more funding for patient group and activity. Kudos to the staff for doing the best they can with what they have to work with."
"Make absolutely positive you ask the cost of things before they do anything. I just got charged $600 for an x-ray EDIT: sent a bill 3 weeks later, now the bill is $2000. For an x-ray and boot..."
"Beware of this hospital. Brought my 12 year old daughter after she had a 4 wheeler accident. We never got passed the triage room. I explained in detail how she blacked out and was complaining of being real sleepy. They did X-rays for her collar bone and ct for her head. Came back said her head was fine and her collar bone was broken. We left went home 2 days later had to go to wake med where they diagnosed her with a concussion a fractured spine a broken collarbone. Thank god no internal damage but at least wake med checked for it. I would like to suggest maybe instead of doing exams in triage from a chair the you give the patient a bed and really put an effort into making sure you diagnose the patient properly."
