"Hello! Just want to express my gratitude on the professionalism at the Goodyear store in Waxhaw, NC. Had a state inspection done and a brake issue was apparent. Service manager John took the time to see if and warranty or recalls were outstanding for this and there was. I was able to get the work completed and back for rein-spection and get it passed. Thank you all for your outstanding service."

"Dennis and Jacob saved the day! I would’ve been walking home with three kids if it weren’t for them! I got a flat tire at 5:55PM and by the time I wobbled into the parking lot they were locking the door. I am so grateful that they unlocked it and helped me. It was officially after hours but they were so kind and professional. They didn’t make me feel like I was imposing or ruined their night. (Which I was worried about! Who likes working late?!) I was a little frantic but they were so cool and that calmed me down. They even offered to drive us home if we needed to order a replacement tire. Thankfully it was fixable. They both stayed until it was fixed and I was safely on my way. Thank you so much Dennis and Jacob! It’s great to know there are still good selfless people in this world."

"My daughter was driving behind a truck towing a trailer full of debris when a piece of metal fell out and damaged one of her front tires. Her tire deflated very quickly and the rim was bent. So, we took it to Goodyear in Waxhaw and were bracing ourselves for an expensive replacement/repair bill. Imagine our happy surprise when not only were the tire and rim both repairable, but we weren't even charged for the tire repair and the rim repair was VERY reasonable. Along with getting a blown out tail light replaced, our total bill was only $77.00 - and it was all done in less than two hours! We've always been good customers of this location and we'll continue to bring our vehicles here knowing that we can always count on top notch customer service and honesty that is hard to find these days. They don’t try to upcharge you on every service. We have 3 daughters all driving and they’re very kind and patient with them, which is most important.
