"I lived at Walker's Ridge for 2 1/2 years and the experience was great! Maintenance and Management teams are nothing short of amazing. Only complaint I had and still have is neighbors not picking up after their dogs. But honestly if I had to I would chose this complex again if I ever needed an apartment again in Gastonia."

"I have been living here at walkers ridge for almost 4 to 5 years and I will say Carlos have been so graceful, understanding, great positive atmosphere, beautiful spirit about himself and made my staying at walkers ridge as wonderful as it should be. I will say the perfect Maintenance guys have known Drew and Bruce wonderful people always helping even having a lot things in the day to do. Walked in the office with an issue and it was fixed within an hour you can never ask for a great team as this team at walkers ridge. Want to say thank you so much for making my stay here at walkers ridge a breath of fresh air."
"I’ve lived here at Walkers Ridge since 2020. Shout out to Drew and Bruce from property maintenance for helping me fix my refrigerator. These young men are knowledgeable and care about their residents. Never hesitate to call them if you have any issues whatsoever. I certainly won’t. Carlos is the man and helps me out with any documentation and facilitates any maintenance work orders I need. Thank you to the maintenance team and to Carlos and Susan."
"I have been living at Walker's Ridge since July 2021. My experience has been positive. The maintenance staff (Bruce & Drew) are friendly, timely, respectful and helpful. I recently had a leak in the master bath and they responded within minutes to clean up the water and seek out solutions to to the issue. Carlos and Susan are great property management staff and have treated me life family from the application process until now. The rent is reasonable and the location is near restaurants, shopping and access to I-85. The complex is also quiet and there are a few law enforcement officers that live here as well, which makes me feel safe. As long as I live in the Gastonia/Charlotte area, my plan is to be a Walker's Ridge resident."
