"I'm usually a pretty laid back person, but with healthcare, I want it to be taken seriously. I decided to try this clinic out a few weeks ago, but so far my experience has not been good. The greeters at the building are great, the nurse was nice, but the resident denied my requests while at the clinic (would not do a physical or blood draw), are not prompt with messaging or requests for refills at all, make you complete unnecessary follow-ups that last 5 minutes, and are not organized either. Every time I call, they say they are not sure what is happening, so it takes 2-3 weeks for every request that I make. I know they are not fully doctors yet, but I wish I had better things to say....I'm disappointed."

"Love UNC Internal Medicine. They are very responsive to patients' needs. Shoutout to Wade and Nurse Kat! I was having trouble getting a prescription refilled because of a slow pharmacy so I called and spoke with Wade at 4:00p on a Friday, worried I wouldn't have my meds for the weekend. The team responded instantly and in less than an hour, Nurse Kat followed up to let me know she had spoken with the pharmacy and they would have my meds refilled. And this happened late on a Friday afternoon?! Amazing. Thanks for the continued great service! Highly recommended."
