Horseshoe Farm Nature Preserve
Horseshoe Farm Nature Preserve, located at 2900 Horse Shoe Farm Road in Wake Forest, North Carolina, is a beautiful park and tourist attraction surrounded by the Neuse River on three sides. With primarily undeveloped pastures and woodland areas, the preserve offers a peaceful escape into nature. Managed by Park Manager Chet Clark, Assistant Park Managers Sara Marschhauser and Tracy Feldman, Horseshoe Farm Nature Preserve is now an ecoEXPLORE hot spot, where kids in grades K–8 can earn prizes and help scientists by taking photos.
