"The floors are done but not without ALOT of issues along the way. And the floors are not seamless, lots of stops and starts where the installers tried to fix but advised they couldn't die to new material meeting the old. It's all the same material in the entire house and only a few months difference between the old and new material. I have to look at these issue everyday. Here is a condensed version: Got a quote from Cody but he has a serious issue with delayed communication. Had a different salesman take over. Install was completed. Broke our bathroom sink but REO paid for a new one and the installation. Flooring laid down over concrete with no poly mil underlayment. Floors were cupping after a few months, but Cody had installers replace. Floors upstairs had several places hit too hard or not laid properly, installer came back to fix. The major issue here is the continuous process of the issues and repairs, and a major major issue was having to move all of our furniture and belongings in the house TWICE. And still we are unhappy with the final install. If the installers don't get every single nail up or there are ANY dips in the flooring, you will feel ALL of them. The installers do not fix any flooring dips and the material is thin. I would not recommend REO flooring,but maybe for small one or two room installs. I appreciate Cody working to fix things, but the installers are lacking in skill. And the very slow communication (2-5) days to return a call or text."
