"Got my car inspected. Was a walk-in and did not have to wait. Got my car inspected and was out within 30 mins!! Staff was super nice. Very friendly and since they primarily speak Spanish, the only wait, 5 minutes, was waiting on him to get someone who also speaks English. Very friendly and quick service!"

"Not impressed! Took my car there to get my AC unit fixed. $500 in parts and $624 in labor and we still don’t have cool AC. They initially said it was a bad part, but in order to fix it we would have to pay double labor to remove bad part and put on new one. Then it changed to we think it could be something else, but it’s going to cost you more. I don’t want to keep paying more for a bunch of assumptions. Taking my car somewhere else."

"This place is absolutely terrible and chose not fix an issue they caused with my daughters car. My daughters rim popped out of her tire and she came to Porky’s for a rim replacement. Not even two weeks from the repair, my daughter is driving home and her rim pops out again. Not only was this a dangerous experience, she went back to have them fix it again. They denied the repair in an unprofessional manner and took my money. Don’t let this happen to you."

"First I’ve been going to this place for years and never have I had a problem until this year. I took my car with the parts and was never told that if I bring my own they wouldn’t be responsible if they were defective. After 2 days my car starts acting the same way before I took it and now they claim there’s nothing they can do. They just lost a loyal customer and anyone else that I recommended to come there."

"I came in with a recommendation for a repair from another place for a new oil pan. After waiting for 30min to get an estimate. They told me it would be $310 with $250 in labor. She came back after they put it up with an estimate of $420 because she quoted me the "wrong pan". The one I needed was 3x more. Then I told her this all stemmed from an oil change gone wrong so please include that. The estimate went to $486. When I pick it up 5 hours later, the bill was then $545. When I asked how did it get to this amount, the half-hearted response I received was "the mechanic said that I didn't charge enough for this and this, so he changed the estimate." So I asked "you don't call anyone to inform them when it changes this much?" Yes, I would have called you, but I just saw it a few minutes ago. "So if I don't pay you, I won't get my car back?" "No". Very disappointing. I have brought it here previously because they are convenient. I will not be returning and suggest that you do the same."
