"I took my car in for an inspection they told me it didn't pass because the muffler was damaged it made a strange noise I went and replaced the muffler and came back and these people wanted me to change the entire system because they didn't like the way it sounded, the computer said The car passed the inspection but the employees didn't like the way it sounded, I don't understand. I moved the car to another place and it passed without problems. Bad service, could it be because I'm Latin?"

"I visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change for my Audi. I typically get my own oil and filter so that I know what oil goes into my car. Staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. I checked the price upfront for using my own oil. I was out in about 40 mins which is a decent wait time. I would definitely go back."
"I went to get my Jiffylube at #2683 add, 401 Weston pkwy cary ,nc 27513 The whole cost me 258 which included : oil service blend and i also agreed to do Rad coolanr/Afc fld exchg extended life antifreeze I paid for the serivce didnt even check hook till i get home decide to lifted up the hood i happened to find out the worker didnt add enough coolant in my radiator after did flush.In addition , he also left vide pliers in under my hook.Its was clamp to my radiator tube. I was very shocked when because its can cause a major damage to my car or people in car while it going on highway.I was repeat customer i wont ever come back agian.its suppose to under 30 min i end waited for 1 hour and half then had to come back them to add coolant.Wosrt service ever ."
