"1. Billing does poor job in returning calls. You will wait hours if not longer. I find myself leaving a message every call. 2. My wife was told to give a credit card with our proof of insurance. When our insurance denied coverage until he turned 3, they failed to inform us we would pay out of pocket for a month and a half. When I confronted Ben about this, his response was it isn't his responsibility to let us know insurance wouldn't cover it. I then informed him he would've called and been more concerned had my wife not gave him another method of payment. He then agreed he would've cared then. Make sure you never give these people your payment information. Always just give them your insurance information and that's it. Now I have to go through an appeal with my insurance after being charged $770.00. (You "don't require a credit card", but boy you ask for it.) You would think a health care provider would have their patients health and financial well being in mind. Nevermind the fact our insurance does cover the treatments once he turns 3. Yet you guys neglected to tell us that being you had another payment method and then suggested we start treatments a month and some change prior to him turning 3. You left that part out in your reply....."
