"They have replaced both of my HVAC units and I couldn't be happier. One unit about 6 years ago and the other a couple months ago. They were very friendly and informative. Kevin priced out all the options for fixing my old dual unit (15yr AC unit and 27yr furnace). Then After Justin priced out a complete replacement, which is the option I chose. Their pricing is competitive and they took the initiative to get me a rebate from the electric company and registered my product for me. Top notch service and installation work, including new disconnect box and pad. I wouldn't choose anyone else! Thanks for the great service guys!"
"We hired Raleigh Heating & Air to replace an air conditioner at one of our rental properties. The unit they replaced it with was damaged during install, and was not installed properly. When we called to complain the company sent someone out and inspected it and apologized, and replaced the unit with a new (better) one, hired a painter to paint a wall that was damaged and gave us a discount on the overall price with sincere apologies. They told us they had terminated one of the employees who did the first install and the other was receiving disciplinary action. Even though our initial experience was not positive, I was happy they were able to rectify the situation and make things right for us."
