"I really don't want to give the review i'm about to give, I really love Benzer Pharmacy in Mint Hill the pharmacist Mrs. Valerie is a lovely lady very fine inconsiderate to her patients, this is where it gets very frustrating, my home nurse contacted benzer Pharmacy she informed the pharmacy that I out of several medications that were important to keep me out of the hospital, I have congestive heart failure, chronic diabetes, the nurse gave the clerk my list of medications, the nurse also informed that I will receive my Social Security on the 3rd of next month, the clerk stated that I'll be fine. The dam made contact what Mint Hill Pharmacy, my research the pharmacy customer reviews they were all five star rating, pharmacy Mr. Philip is a very nice gentleman, Benzer Pharmacy staff had no compassion, I've been out of medication for 3 weeks, the clerk could have ask Valerie being a passionate clerk and the patient get the medicine until the patient gets his Social Security, there was no concern if I lived or died without this medicine. When I went to Mint Hill Pharmacy to provide all the information they needed, I ask the clerk Mr. Jeff or Jeffrey the same scenario, and I got the right answer, and I like the Christian music playing in the background."
