"I got a physical appointment within a week. The staff were nice and professional. The provider was attentive and listened to my referral requests. Referrals were sent timely because the specialist called the next day."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars and don’t try to reply to me to make things better. This place is very unprofessional. Believe every other one star review when they refer to the front desk staff/ call center. I was hung up on 3 TIMES. Went up to the office to acquire my shot records and they told me to wait. A disrespectful black woman with locs came out and told me that their system was “down”. How is the system down when I seen other shot records that had been printed that morning ? She then told me to write my information down and she would email me the records later and that I should’ve went to the health department (mind you with a nasty attitude). I told her it was easier for me to come there (because it was closer to my house). Just another way of them not doing their jobs. She proceeded to tell me that it would still be easier. After sharing a few choice words. I attempted to hand the paper to her and she snatched it out of my hand, told me to have a good day and threw it away while walking to the back. After leaving the establishment about 2 hours later I received someone else’s shot records which tells me she likely discarded the paper she previously snatched from me. If you don’t want your patient rights violated AVOID THIS OFFICE!!"

"I am a huge fan of our daughter’s pediatrician. She is really amazing and I have nothing to say about her. The facility is very clean and kid friendly. This review is for the person that I just got off the phone with at this facility. I received a call this morning in regards to rescheduling my appointment with Mrs. Elena. I was unable to answer. I called back 3 times to be on hold for 20 minutes each time. When I finally got someone on the phone, they answered and was talking to someone else in the background (very unprofessional). They then told me, “well we don’t have any openings until November 1st. I then stated, was there a reason to why we had to wait half a month for the appointment and the lady seemed to already have an attitude. Again, I like the facility and my daughter loves her doctor but just based off of this interaction I plan to look for another location to take my daughter too. Out of curiosity, I asked if any other pedestrian was available, she then said no one is available they will all be in training. I then told her, ok so let’s schedule the appointment for the 1st of November the same time and in the meantime if I find another provider then I will let you all know. I have a feeling my appointment won’t be scheduled based off of this persons attitude. As a parent and previous director of customer service, I can assure you that the attitude of this particular employee was off putting and grotesque. Phone Training and customer care training needs to be implemented at this location. Again, my daughters pedestrian is amazing, I wish she had her own practice and didn’t work at this location."

"Extremely poor service. Long wait time for no reason. What's the point of making an appointment if they make you wait 2 hours after checking in. I've been waiting for the doctor to see the baby for over an hour, still waiting in the room. Admin. needs to do something. I'm definitely not coming back here again. It's PA and still hours of waiting. This is the second time it has happened to us in a row."
