"After the initial consultation, by the way it's not free for about 10 minutes, we agreed that we would use their flat fee of $2200 to draft and write a trust. About a week into it before they started anything, we decided that an irrevocable trust suited are needs legally. Eventually we had to call the Charlotte office because neither the case manager or the attorney were not responding to any of our messages on the CLIO app they use. BTW, it's horrible because I feel like a kid communicating via text messages. Once we received the trust documents, clearly it appeared that it was copy and pasted from another trust full of mistakes and information that was unknown to us. Such as holdings in an investment account that clearly belongs to another of their clients. Then the name of two unknown people who were named in another section that had nothing to do with us. Another supposed corrected trust was sent and more mistakes and we continue to ask that the trust be irrevocable yet, they continue to go against our needs. I know it is NC and life is slower and simpler but 90 days to complete a simple trust is ridiculous. Last message I sent was to consider my $2200 fee a donation to hire more people who are competent and a bit faster. I regret using this firm."

I only hope that anyone who has experienced a loss or otherwise has someone like Martie to represent them. She truly is a gem."
