"Came to the reviews to see if anyone else was feeling uncomfortable in this store. The staff is very unwelcoming mainly the brown hair Caucasian or whatever she is girl that works there. Not trying to be mean describing her but hey it is what it is. She rude and distasteful. I don't like her attitude. Other than that I love the store but it would be better if they change their attitude. It really gives off a bad vibe to the place. People come there to shop and spend money and they be standing there looking stupid in the face staring at the customers."

"I use to like coming here for shoes, but after a couple of months, each time I go back, my points are gone or extremely low. They can never give me an explanation, and sometimes it's like I'm bothering them to query my points. Why offer a reward system of the customers can't use it. Update Just so you know, they never reached out to me."

"I purchased an item from this store and wanted to return it due to not liking it. Upon going back to return the item, I noticed that they had a 7 day policy. I knew I wouldn't be able to get my money back, however, I was hoping to at least get store credit. The manager had no sympathy when it came to this and just flat out said "No". I told them they could just keep the item anyways due to it being of no use to me, maybe they can re-sale it again. Poor customer service, and I wouldn't recommend coming to this place if you want your needs to be met!"

"Clothes and shoes are well organized. They do change out their inventory for the season. So we went to get summer clothes for a trip and they only had the fall/winter clothing out. It also means you have loads of clothes for the upcoming season and they have a wide variety."
