"Great for quick put together but needs bigger sections for more choices"
"So I shop here A LOT never any issues I love how I can find things for my whole family but my favorite spot is the clearance rack. I’m a business owner so I still try to support other businesses. Okay so I found a pair of pants on clearance for my son who is plus size the pants had no tag, but there was one pair left in small mens for 16.99 when at register the manager adv they lad to locate the department number and sku number to sell but could not use small mens tag due to inventory who’s I understand so she reached out to other stores not really much help. So I reached out to another store in sandford nc and they were able to locate the item for 13.99. I told them from experience big man clothes in clearance is always cheaper that’s y I come but the manager wanted me to pay more. The associate in sandford provided information but the manager at the Raleigh store had to call store manager in sanford and then told her they did have the item. The agreed the associate gave me wrong information. I called back spoke with sandford store manager she said I was given wrong information but then the associate who they said was wrong bought the correct pants to her. She was then able to give numbers to manager . I waited over 1hr to resolve this on Christmas Eve. I don’t feel the management has knowledge of their products I love this place but reconsidered to stop driving 45mins just to shop but I’m not just yet it will take a little more to stop me from shopping but we will see how professional things go in future"
