"If I could give this company a minus 100 I would. We have a small mom and pop Automotive business (SpeeDee) in Salem Virginia that has allowed them to have 30 day credit for the services they needed. We had to stop allowing them to come in because of non payment of bill. As of now they are 4 months behind. We have e-mailed the bill to them at every level and they still chose not to pay. It is a shame that a multimillion dollar company does not want to pay the $800 they owe us. So here we are hoping to get some type of response from this company. If you read this please help us out by calling or e-mailing any of the resources we have provided with the attached photo. Thank You"
"Charged me restocking fees for a damaged part that was damaged when I received it because the "CAPA" label was missing ( it was returned exactly how I received it). The GM would not even discuss this matter with our shop."
"Went for a scheduled job interview, the interviewer never came back from lunch so I spoke with the shipping supervise, who was rather rude. Was told they would call me back the following Monday and the call never came. Not run very well, I consider it a blessing."
