Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"I frequent this Zaxby's location several times a year and it seems that portion sizes are decreasing while prices are increasing. I often get the traditional wings 'n things meal and I have to say the meal I received today had the 5 smallest wings I think you could possibly procure and were overcooked besides. They barely filled the smallest compartment in the take-out tray! The 3 fingerz were also smaller than I remember receiving in the past but at least they were cooked properly. I used to feel that the wings 'n things meal was a "good value" but no longer when you charge $12.99 for inferior portions."

"Wanted to give a shout out to this location. We had a major storm come through, and when it was over, we decided to grab some food as our local grocery store was closed. First off, the young man that runs the register was extremely helpful and friendly. We have been here a few times and he's always a nice and helpful employee. So, in the middle of eating.. Boom. Power goes out. We were the only ones inside eating. We also had a to-go order working while we were eating. I went to the manager and asked if I should come back the next day for a refund. Surprisingly it was already done. I did misunderstand her and thought we had to leave. She was so sweet. Said for us to stay and finish our meal. She said "You were already here. If you can see, you can eat".. made me giggle. We finished our meal, got our to-go food and went to leave. She was talking to what I assume was a DoorDash driver. She was such a nice lady to everyone. She had the staff sit at a table to wait for further instructions. We got up to leave, and she walked us to the door, told us to have a great night and to be safe. She definitely handled the situation with class and professionalism. I just wanted to give her a great review because she was super nice."

"Wasn’t greeted right away when arriving to the window. My fries were in my coleslaw slaw, and my tenders were in the fries and in the coleslaw slaw. They just threw my food in the box and gave it to me with zero care of the presentation. There was coleslaw all over my tenders in fries from them not caring. Very sad to see this since this specific location had been amazing for about 6 or so months. Hopefully Jared in the drive thru chows more care when taking orders as well."

"Had a wonderful experience at this location today. Came in to pick up a DoorDash order that wasn't quite ready yet. A very nice employee named India offered me a drink due to the order I was picking up. Not ready yet. Never have I experienced such kindness while picking up an order. Shout out to India for great customer service today."

"This place has the best chicken, the fries are delicious and don't get me awarded about the delicious Texas toast. Overall a great experience."
