"Today the person that took my order purposely put the order in wrong. He did this because I told him the new set up was chaotic and he needed to move people forward when taking their orders because the drive thru line was horrendously long. I moved up as far as possible and he seemed offended. I said everything nicely. And btw, I asked him twice if he had my order correct and he said yes, but it was wrong. Additionally, my lid was not secured on my cup of water, which spilled all over and my son's dr. pepper had a horrible leak in the cup that got all over my leather interior. What a mess. Disappointed to say the least!"

"We go here every week, but yesterday wasn't a good day. The big pieces of chicken seemed under cooked. My 15 year old daughter mentioned it first. She asked if some of the nuggets seemed rubbery. My bigger ones were the same way. This is the first time this has ever happened, so hopefully it was just a fluke. One issue that has been repeating though for a few weeks is the funny taste of the tea. It tastes & smells like it contains a touch of bleach. It hasn't always been this way, but started about a month ago. Next week I plan on getting something besides tea. It is possible it is the ice & not the tea, so we will see. My daughter loves Chick-fila, so she is hoping these problems go away so we don't have to find a new place to eat each week."

"The best Cobb salad with nuggets that I ever tasted. This branch has the biggest and tasty. I recommend to drink the Watermelon mint with lemonade. Was amazing!!!"

"I had been stopping by this Chick-fil-A location for about 2 months on my way from Walmart. I would always order the Marketplace salad with no strawberries and no blue cheese. I did ask if I could have extra blueberries since no strawberries and was told "no". When I got home and opened the salads, I was disappointed. I usually have a full salad. The salads barely had any chicken, apples or blueberries. I paid almost $ 20.00 for 2 salads, and this was not acceptable, at all. I did call back and spoke with a manager who offered me a "care salad". I wanted a refund d/t I do not plan on coming back to that location ever again."

"I've been wanting to do a review of Chick-fil-A for quite some time. Obviously their food and service put them head and shoulders above the rest of the "fast food industry". Even now, when every other restaurant is having an abysmal time finding "anyone" who wants to work for them. Every Chick-fil-A that I've eaten at has always had a full compliment of staff members. The worker's are exceedingly polite, charismatic, courteous and young. Whenever you hear other CEO's complaining about horrible staffing issues and lazy people who don't want to work. I'd be inclined to send them a video of any Chick-fil-A in the country. Hmmm... maybe it's not the workers?. More than likely, it's the rest of the fastfood industry as a whole. They've got the service industry down to a science. Only their science is just plain old fashioned common sense. Whether the inside of the restaurant is standing room only and multiple drive thru lines are wrapped around the building's and surrounding areas, your wait will not be long. And your customer service experience will be second to none. Ford is credited with creating the efficiency of the assembly line. And the Cathy family has no peers in the fast food industry, when it comes to the food, staffing and customer service experience.
