They are very respectful of my time and follow my instructions as to what extra services I want on any given appointment. The place is clean and welcoming. "Before adopting an elderly Brussels Griffon, I had never owed a dog that needed regular grooming. Finding a local groomer with a cage free environment and reasonable pricing seemed impossible until I stumbled across Animal Artistry. Joan is absolutely wonderful. Her services are professional, fast, and more than fairly priced. Not to mention the wonderful rapport she has with the animals. It’s clear when interacting with Joan that she is truly an animal lover who has nothing but their best interests in her heart. She has groomed my pet a handful of times and I have never walked away anything less than 100% satisfied. And while it does require me to take a trip to the ATM as this is a cash/check only business (I imagine as a way to keep costs down), I would not choose any other local groomer to care for my pet."
"Any place that I can drop my over-attached golden off and return to an un-anxious, calm, smiley puppy face is worth their weight in gold. All the dogs getting groomed are hanging around with the staff, happy as clams. Best grooming appointment I've had the pleasure to schedule. Oh, and the staff were all super friendly etc — but more importantly, they take care of the fur babies."
