"I couldn’t ask for or expect better service! My sales guy, Brian, is ALWAYS happy to assist and offers any help that he can. If, by chance, I have a question he is unable to answer or is unsure of the accuracy of his information he does not hesitate to advise me to ask someone who has a bit more expertise in the area rather than try to “up sell” me on inaccurate or unneeded parts. Every time I call, he makes me feel like an extension of the WIT family, asking how my husband and I have been and about the progress on our build. The fact that my parts are always delivered next day - even when I’ve ordered a few minutes before 5 - is just a sweet bonus (they’re in NC, I’m in SC at the GA border). WIT’s prices are also very competitive and usually lower than anywhere else I’ve shopped, but with their excellent customer service I’d happily pay a little extra."
