"We gave this place a second chance, and they blew it. If you need a medication, nails clipped or a diagnosis for something VERY simple, this is your place. If you need anything more, find another vet. As instructed, we brought our dog in at 7:15 AM. We were told a few days before that since she'd be getting local anesthetic, she should be one of the first in and out. I called at 10:30 to be told, "she's the next surgery". I then called at 12:30, to be told the same exact lie. She was locked in a crate for 5 hours, already starving from not being allowed to eat breakfast and unable to go to the bathroom. If I called at 2:30, would I have been told the same lie? I couldn't take that chance. I jumped in the car and ran to get her out of that place as quickly as possible. There was no apology, no reason behind what happened. They just gave us our pup and said, "Have a nice day." If there were emergencies that caused a delay (no one ever said there were), I would understand but would expect a call so we could make the decision whether or not to reschedule. I wonder how the staff and doctors would feel if what happened to our sweet dog happened to their pet. Maybe one day it will happen to them and they'll know why there is no reply to this review that can make up for how poorly and unprofessional they acted today."

"I’m horrible with names but every single person we interacted with was kind and made my nervous girl as comfortable as possible. It was her first time ever going to the vet. Everyone made us both very comfortable and the entire staff was knowledgeable when I asked any questions. It is a wonderful place to bring your pets!"

"I love this vet! Dr. Gibbs performed life saving surgery in my dog many years ago, though at best we thought we'd have 6 months to a year, she lived to be 15 (4 extra years) and passed peacefully in her sleep next to me. The staff here is fantastic, and they are so good with all of my animals, they explain everything, and provide options for care. My other elderly pup is (at least) almost 16, he was a rescue so we aren't sure, but for a medium/large size dog, he's still going strong! My cats had a tricky balance of food needs, but they were able to help me treat them both! Love these guys!"
