And then they sit and let the phone ring and ring and ring and hang up on you. I understand that people are busy because of being shorthanded. I work in retail, so I get it. But you’re not supposed to treat your customers that way. At least pick up the phone and say, can you hold on a second please. Is it really that hard to have a little bit of manners?"
