McDonald's

"More often than not, attempting to place an order here results in "sorry issue on our end" This doesn't happen with any other place, and it causes me to not really come here anymore because why have all these deals if you can't use them due to a terrible app? Also, this place STILL hasn't update their menu, and I've had to re order multiple times because the app says they are on dinner menu when they are not. Would not recommend this place anymore"

"I eat more McDonalds than I want to admit, and this location is the best on this side of town! They’re always fast and friendly every time! Today, all the ladies at the pickup window were radiating QUEEN energy!!"

"I was late for work today because how long they took to prepare my order.. everybody in slow motion. I even order it in advance from home. I watch how slowly there were packing someone's over order. And they finally got to my order 10 minutes later. One of the ladies playing on her phone and filling application. Employees talking about her email address or social security number and if it's needed to put in. And it's the same employee who's supposed to be Preparing my order... so other lady ended up putting everything together and even making me a sandwich over 15 minutes after I placed the order from home....."

"Kim was the one who just helped me at the store this evening on the corner of market and Gordon and I have never in my life had someone so happy so sweet and kind and happy to be at their work, even at 1 o’clock in the morning. I’ve been having a rough day and just hearing your voice and her kindness made me smile and changed my mood completely. She deserves a raise or some sort of acknowledgment for her outstanding customer service!"

"So...it's a McDonald's. But... One of the things I like about this McDonald's is that there are electrical sockets at every table this is the perfect remote work locale the dining room is open 16 hours. This particular McDonald's seems to have attracted a community of regulars mostly retirees and for them this seems to be the spot. They also have a lively and friendly staff... Do they do need to get there espresso machine fixed, it's been down for quite a while. And they keep their bathroom fairly clean. This is a decent McDonald's... But the fact that they're expresso machine is been down for so long bothers me personally... And at one point they even tried to accidentally foist an expresso less Expresso iced coffee on me. They picked wrong person to try that... Though they made it right by comping the drink. There is a very sweet, hardworking senior silver haired woman there...who makes that place pop while she's on shift. McDonald's should just give her the restaurant."
