"Jeramiah and his crew did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the agreed to reasonable price. What more could you ask for? We purchased a property that had an old (1929) frame home that had not been maintained so it was too far gone to be saved. Unlike others who wanted to just haul it all off to the landfill, Jeramiah preferred to salvage all the useable materials he could before demolishing the structure. That was a lot of hard hand labor that most construction folks do not want to do any more. It worked out better for us from a cost standpoint too and was also better for the environment. Highly reccommended and I would use him again if the opportunity arises."
