"When my son got sick for the first time I was so worried. My parents had just picked him up from visitation exchange and could tell right away he wasn't feeling well. They called me to see if they could rush him to urgent care in Raleigh or wait for me. Of course I didn't want him to wait a minute longer than he had to because of how uncomfortable they said he seemed so I told them to just go and that I'd catch up. By the time I made it there, my son had been diagnosed and his grandparents given a prescription as well instruction for care. Although I just made it there as they were leaving, Dr Amy's staff went to find her so I could be updated first hand. Despite how busy an urgent care can be, Dr came to the lobby and spoke with me at length to update me on what was going on. I learned that the bacteria he was infected with was spreading at a rate of doubling every 15 mins so it's a blessing he got there when he did. The prescription provided would limit that spread and hopefully prevent the eye infection that was already spreading to his other eye from also infecting his little ears. He was already in enough anguish thank God for Dr Levine and her team at the pediatric urgent care on Blue Ridge Rd in Raleigh! He's feeling much better today and already beginning to smile some as his eyes are clearing up and his cough is less severe/ frequent. Thank you Doctor Amy A Levine!"
