Performance Club Kids is a top-rated institution located at 1 Bob Sawyer Drive in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Known for its high-quality children's theater programs, Performance Club offers acting classes for grades K-8th at various locations, including schools. Programs include Children's Theater in the Park, Young Professionals, Improvisation, Scene Study, Audition Technique, and Musical Theater. Performance Club also produces a summer stock of children's theater at the Ruth & Bucky Stein Theatre in the historic Thalian Hall, with auditions open to ages 7-19yrs. Teens have the opportunity to learn the production side by being a junior assistant during the show and potentially perform as well. The main venue is a beautifully restored church with original stained glass and can accommodate up to 250 guests. The Annex, a schoolhouse from 1910, is connected to the church and features a cocktail lounge and bridal suite for up to 140 guests. The venue also boasts a private courtyard for outdoor ceremonies or cocktail hours. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, the Brooklyn Arts Center is continuing to provide virtual tours and upgrades to their facilities.
